My name is Brigid Ward, and I’m the founder of Brigid Ward & Co.
I’m passionate, energetic, and full of strategic ideas for your business. I built my business with YOU in mind.
Think of me as your right-hand wo-man: part Business Manager, part strategist, part problem-solver, and yes, sometimes even part therapist. I work closely with you to take all those ideas swirling around in your head, figure out what needs to happen next, and actually get it done.
Because running a successful business takes time, strategy, strong systems, and the right people. And you shouldn’t have to manage every single piece of it yourself. That’s where I come in.
I spent 17+ years in corporate and advertising working in Marketing Communications, Account Management, and Program and Project Management. I’ve helped Fortune 500 companies launch multimillion-dollar products and brands, managed complex projects with a LOT of moving pieces, and helped pull off massive events with more than 10,000 people.
Eventually, I left corporate because I wanted more freedom and, quite frankly, I wanted to do more of the work I actually loved.
And what I love is this: working closely with entrepreneurs, getting into their businesses with them, figuring out what’s working, what’s not, what needs to happen next, and then helping make it happen.
I’m the person behind the scenes keeping an eye on the big picture and the details, so you don’t have to carry all of it yourself.

I left Corporate to pursue my own business. I had a burning desire and passion for supporting others. This passion led me to build this business in helping high-level 6 to 7-figure entrepreneurs scale their businesses to the next level.
Get to Know Melanie:
Melanie currently resides on the Atlantic coast of Canada, on Prince Edward Island. Here she works as a full-time VA and teaches Botany at UPEI during the fall and winter semesters. Although she enjoys every aspect of her job, her favourite tasks are website building, video editing, and graphic design.
When Mel is not working, you can find her reading, oil painting, playing games with her husband, or nurturing her enormous plant collection.
