This High Intensity coaching program is for someone who has started creating their business but is spinning their wheels and stuck. You wake up everyday ready to dive into your business only to get lost in your notebook, which is full of notes and to-dos from all the gurus you follow. The problem is, you don’t know where to begin.
It’s 60 minutes into your day and you’re ready to call it a day. Your head is spinning. You don’t know where to spend your time and what you should be focusing on to move your business forward. You 
need some serious coaching and accountability to get past the blocks.
You desperately want this business to work. You’re ready and won’t stop till you reach the finish line, but you need some major guidance and accountability along the way.
This is a one-on-one program so you’ll get my undivided attention and you will have an individual program designed just for you.
We’ll review the steps you’ve taken in starting your business, making sure your systems and structures are in place. We can spend time figuring out who your ideal client is, how you want to be working with them and where to find them.We’ll focus on developing your programs and nailing down exactly what you want to offer and how you should price yourself. We’ll dive into what it means to have a brand identity and how it impacts your overall message. Finally we’ll review your marketing plan including your social media strategy to help get you noticed by your ideal clients and unleash your dream business to the world.
At the end of the 3 months you can expect the following:

- 1 90-min huddle to set objectives and start to put a game plan into place. I will send you a questionnaire to answer prior to our first call together. This will be our playbook for the duration of our work together.
- 12-60 min Sessions (4 per month) for implementation, training, accountability, coaching on key issues, support and guidance.
- 3 months of email support.
