+ As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to work with high visibility online clients, their teams, their marketing projects, and live to make their dreams come true online!
+ You’ll manage projects entirely online including email marketing, editorial & social media planning, content management, and blog posts.
+ You’re a big picture thinker who can distill a creative entrepreneur’s far flung fantasies into actionable projects and tasks.
+ This high impact position will report directly to Brigid Ward.
Your Specific Responsibilities Include:
+ Maintaining strong communication among diverse virtual teams
+ Working behind the scenes for clients creating project management plans for launches, planning and implementing promotional campaigns including online launches, evergreen funnels, and lead generation
+ Content management, writing, and editing copy for websites, autoresponders, newsletters, and social media
+ Extensive work in the backend of WordPress and Squarespace
+ Managing the setup of email marketing campaigns, FB ads, and sales funnels
Apply ONLY If…
+ You have 2+ years of practical experience in digital marketing
+ You have a track record of creating tangible results
+ You have excellent “English”.
+ You’re well versed in WordPress and Squarespace
+ You’re a tech-savvy bootstrapper who doesn’t ask “how” — you arm yourself with google and online tutorials to figure it out and get it done.
+ You are uber organized, can follow procedures, and can create procedures for client businesses as well as Brigid Ward and Co.
+You can easily handle multiple tasks, projects, and clients simultaneously
Straight Up: This position is NOT for you if…
+ You don’t thrive on systems, procedures, automations, and streamlining wherever possible
+ You don’t feel confident to create a rapport with online professionals all over the world.
+ You are not available to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 pm USA time.
+ You prefer to work in a closely monitored environment with lots of check-ins
+ This is a virtually based position. You must have the access to a comfortable home office, laptop, and STRONG internet connection.
+ Position requires part-time, hourly work during your first three months of training with our team.
+ Enormous potential for growth and a full time position once training is completed.
