Did you know that you don’t have to take a test or earn some medal to have self-belief and personal power?

Yes, the many little steps you take in your life can help to build up your self belief, just by following through on what you say you’re going to do.

You just need to start believing in you. CHOOSE to believe that you can be a certain way and BELIEVE that you can change. (tweet this!)

You may be wondering how it can be that easy? You may have self doubts. Disbeliefs.

Well, it really can be that easy if you start to train your mind TODAY.

But it does take training your mind. Can you wake up tomorrow and run a half marathon? No way. But you can run a half marathon within the next 3-6 months with consistent training.

You must CHOOSE to start and CHOOSE to believe that you can change your thoughts and beliefs easily. This is something you need to do and practice everyday.

It is imperative that you believe that you can be and do anything you set your mind to. It’s all up to you.

Think about what stories you’ve created for yourself over the years. Have your stories been positive ones or negative ones? 

What if you were always the wall flower?

The quiet one?

Not a morning person?

Terrible with money?

What happens if you change that story?

Think about it. What if you decided you no longer wanted to think of yourself as terrible with money. All it takes is an inner belief and a choice to change.

Do you believe that? Because it is true.

We have a lot of negative self talk that happens on a regular basis. And I dare you to take one of your negative stories and turn it around. Wear a rubber band  on your wrist and every time you start to fall into old patterns, SNAP that rubber band and change your inner dialogue around.

It can all change with just a choice. I have seen it and I have done it.

It’s all a CHOICE.

You may tell yourself a story and it’s been your story for quite some time. But IT CAN CHANGE.

You can start to change that story. Just by changing the dialogue in your head. But the kicker is I want you to START TODAY.
